- Exemption Questionnaire – If a contract request is subject to the WSU Strategic Reduction policy, please complete the questionnaire. Email contracts.bc@wsu.edu for the CAHNRS form.
- ITS Security Assessment (Opens in New Tab) – The ITS Questionnaire is built directly into a JIRA ticket. Complete the questionnaire and submit. It will trigger the ITS contract security review.
