Contract Guides / Navigating Workday
- How to find Spend Categories in Workday – use “Find Spend Categories” in Workday search bar or report CR REF Find Spend Categories.
Required Documents and Supplemental Forms
- Contract Request Form PACS Website Link – CRF Required for Procurement & Contract Services(PACS) contract requests. Email contracts.bc@wsu.edu for the CAHNRS form.
- Exemption Questionnaire – If a contract request is subject to the WSU Strategic Reduction policy, please complete and sign the questionnaire. Email contracts.bc@wsu.edu for the CAHNRS form.
- ITS Security Assessment – The ITS Questionnaire is built directly into a JIRA ticket. Complete the questionnaire and submit. It will trigger the ITS contract security review.
